Cole County Partners for Clean Air Announces Internet Web Site

Spreading the Word about Smoke Free Public Facilities

April 11, 2008 -- (Jefferson City)   Cole County Partners for Clean Air has announced a new web site devoted to spreading the word about smoke free eating and drinking establishments in Jefferson City.  "Our goal," says Heather Brown, a leader of the group, "is to spearhead a grassroots campaign to take Jefferson City into the smoke free age."

The organization draws its membership from various tobacco control organizations, attorneys, public interest and healthcare advocacy groups, and citizens who believe in the public's right to enjoy smoke free facilities.
